STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING

This session is targeted to the futbol players' demands on the field.  Players will participate in a workout session that is specific to futbol.  This session is demanding and high intensity.  By using the latest techniques in sports training, our players will be less prone to injury and will reach top physical form.

TACTICAL AND COGNITIVE ANALYSIS

Through this session, players have the opportunity to push their knowledge of the game.  Players will participate in a session guided by a high level coach.  Players will view professional game footage and analyze tactical responses and challenges through the guidance of their coach. They will be asked questions and will be put in real game situations that will challenge their decision making abilities.

ON-FIELD SKILLS AND ADVANCED CONCEPTS

This session implements innovative and physically demanding futbol drills and exercises designed to mimic game-time scenarios. Concepts learned in the Tactical and Cognitive Analysis classroom will be generalized on the field.

This course is meant to improve your technique and introduce new habits into your game. Our training model is meant to push the futbol player past their limits and to unlock their full potential. 

If you train badly, you play badly. If you work like a beast in training, you play the same way.
